Recurring Credit Card Charges Terms of Service to Pay Invoice Balance for Any Services Rendered During Billing Period

By agreeing to recurring credit card charges to pay invoice balances for any services rendered during the billing period, you acknowledge and accept the following terms of service: 

  1. Authorization: By providing your credit card information, you authorize us to charge your card on a recurring basis for the outstanding invoice balance for any services rendered during the billing period. 
  2. Payment terms for services rendered by MercuryPDX, LLC will depend on the type of account terms you have agreed upon. Charges will occur either weekly every Monday, bi-monthly on the 1st and 15th of each month, or on the last day of each month for any outstanding balance within the billing period. The first payment will be charged on the next billing cycle after the initial purchase of services. 
  3. Automatic Renewal: Your credit card will be automatically charged for any outstanding balances within the billing period of your account terms. 
  4. Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your recurring charges at any time by contacting customer support or through your online account. Cancellation requests received after a payment has been charged will not be processed until the following billing cycle. 
  5. Changes to Payment Plan: You may change your payment plan at any time by contacting customer support or through your online account. Changes to payment plans may result in a change in the billing cycle. 
  6. Failed Payment: If a payment fails to process, we will attempt to charge your card again. If the payment fails after multiple attempts, your recurring charges may be suspended or canceled. 
  7. Our refund policy for recurring charges is as follows: please contact our customer support team for any refund requests. Generally, we do not offer refunds for recurring charges unless required by law or special arrangements have been made by our customer support team. 
  8. Privacy: We will not share your credit card information with any third-party without your consent. 
  9. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services after any modification to the terms, you accept the modified terms. 


MercuryPDX, LLC accepts the following cards:  

  • American Express 
  • MasterCard 
  • Visa 

You warrant that:  

  • You are 18 years of age or over. 
  • You have the appropriate authority to validly accept the Online Payment Terms and are able to and will meet your obligations in relation to these Terms. 
  • The credit card used in connection with the Services is issued in your name or you are authorized to use the credit card. 
  • You will pay the credit card issuer all charges incurred in the use of the Services. 
  • The information supplied by you is true and correct. 

Recurring credit card charges: Funds will be deducted from your credit card in USD currency. All payments are debited to MercuryPDX, LLC. Due to the way transactions are processed by the external banking sites, there may be delays of 1-3 days in updating your payment in MercuryPDX, LLC’s records.  


Credit card payments are secure:  

  • Payments will be processed directly by TSYS Acquiring Solutions (US dollar transactions) using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. 
  • Credit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. 



  • If successful, you will receive a confirmation notice of your completed payment. 
  • If unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed. MercuryPDX, LLC will not be advised why a payment has failed; therefore, you should contact your credit card provider for details. 
  • If your payment fails, please use one of the other payment methods described on your invoice to pay your invoice. Please arrange an alternative payment method promptly to ensure continuous use of MercuryPDX, LLC services. 
  • MercuryPDX, LLC will confirm your payment details via email. 
By agreeing to these terms of service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood them, and agree to be bound by these terms in your use of the recurring credit card charges service to pay invoice balances for any services rendered during the billing period.
